I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing while trying to create my IRCTC account. When I attempt to register using my mobile number, the system shows that this number is already linked to another user ID.

I would like to clarify that this mobile number belongs to me, and I have not authorized anyone else to use it for registration. This situation is preventing me from creating my own account and accessing IRCTC services.

I kindly request you to:

Verify the ownership of my mobile number.

Remove or update the incorrect registration linked to another user ID.

Allow me to register my mobile number with my own IRCTC account.

For verification purposes, I am willing to provide any necessary documents such as proof of identity and proof of mobile number ownership.

I request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest.
