    I am sandeep from hubli, i am resign my job in exide life insurance company in 30 november 2018 i want to cancel irda license

    My license is reflectin in pan lookup and agent locator so please close my exide life insurance licese.

    I am already give letter to exide life for cancellation in 20/04/2019 but it was reflecting till date.

    As per concern I have a license from reliance life license no. 3431776..From 2007
    Kindly request you I have not login any amount in this license for 2010..& its also show in active mood .So pls. cancel the above code & give me noc as soon as possible..

        My name is gautam roy. I had joined religare health insurance, in june 2015. I haven't done any business for that company. I had resigned from the agency in january 2019 and had subsequently issued reminders to the company. I have neither been issued "cessation certificate" nor has it been reflected against my pan in the portal

          I have agency code with tata aia life insurnace, mumbai:4071952, my licence has terminated but it is still not updated and removed from the website, please remove it as i hav e to apply with other insurance compnay for the insurance work. I have visited tata aia office many time in mumbai borivali branch and vashi br. But they have all the excuses of not doing it. I have already submitted my resignation letter..in 2016... But still they are not doing the needful, i will request you to please do the need ful at the earliest. The worst company ever i had met with.

                          Dear i had been the obtain insurance (Composite) agent licenses through lici, but unfortunately i am unable to get sufficient policies during the time duration provided, hence lici terminate my licences. But as i have free time i wish to practise the services and hence i understand i have to appear for examination conducted by irda (Ic38). But my request to allow me to appear for said examination is been turn down as my pan number still appearing in the irda portal. I have received a noc (No objection certificate) from lici, my branch office, which is attached here. Please remove my pan number from irda agent code portal as lici agent code. And allow me to appear for exam from other insurance company for which i am submitting separate form.

                                Policy No 441800/48/2017/29 of 06/04/2016 issued in favour of Padmavathy (Wife) & A r S Ramani (self) and policy live from 11/04/2016 to 10/07/2017. My wife died in a train accident on 02/07/2016 and the above policy was LIVE. The policy was not traceable for some time till 2 ndApl 2019 and I wrote to Oriental Ins Company immediately after this to intimate the death . I had also asked them to list out Docs that is required to put up my claim for the death of my wife . There was no reply from any of their offices in-spite of my calls to remind them on the matter. My letter copied to Vidal Health TPA Pvt Ltd MG Rd Kochi 682016 was returned to me undelivered saying addressee not found..

                                I look forward to receiving some help from you in the matter.

                                  Now i had got job in hdfc life, because of my name showing in irda i am getting trouble in joining the job.
