I, Yogesh Kumar Rajput stated that I have taken one policy From Kotak Life Insurance Co. in the month of June-2017 through its Agent Sh. Harnit Singh but Its agent not yet provided me any policy documents . I have requested to him many time to obtaining my policy documents but after one year he is not contact me and not provide me policy documents and representative of Kotak Life Insurance Co. forced me for payment of next premium . Now I am not satisfied from this policy its agent and requesting you to please take the strict action against its agent and support to refund my money.

My name is Priti Bhola and I have created a POS code with Turtle Mint (MintPro Mobile App) and my PAN Number ayqpb6162q is registered with them with DP ID 1043197. When I raised my concern that I don't want to continue with them and asked for NOC, but their support cell straight away refused saying that my PAN is not registered with them. This is not true as I have already received incentives from them towards business generated for them.
I do have all the evidence of payment received, conversation had with them and even their manager Mr. Ali Asgar approved issuance of NOC for my PAN, but still their certification team is refusing to accept that my PAN is registered with them. I don't know which category they have created my POS Code, when I applied somewhere else, they rejected my request with the reason that my PAN is registered with MintPro, so until unless NOC from them is submitted, we cannot issue you a fresh code.
