Hello sir, i am Durgesh Kumar an insurance agent for Life insurance corporation of India company my code has been terminated because of no business i have done but still my agency code, agen details is appearing in irda pan look up portal
and now i want to join max life insurance to which i need to cancle my agent code licence from Life insurance corporation of India(LIC) to contine business in Max life insurance, so please delete my Details from irda portal. I want to delete irda licence no. From my pan card please remove Agency- Life insurance corporation of India(LIC) Pan no. DOOPK8263N Name- Durgesh Kumar, I also found my code has been terminated because of no business from Life insurance corporation of India(LIC) i had also given resignation to Life insurance corporation of India(LIC) Najafagrh brach Delhi on 5th October 2018 still no updates has been taken and still my urn no., licence no., agent id is appearing in IRDA pan look up portal so please delete and do the needful.

Today if you have mediclaim with insurance companies and if you hospitalised then for getting claim money you have to submit all medical reports including x rays to tpa to claim money. One has to give original reports to them and one is left with xerox copies only. Once the claim is settled all the original reports must be given back to the patient. Why do they require to keep with them? Irda must look into the matter and ask insurance companies to return original reports.

Sir,
During my career with lic of india in different cadres, particularly in sales/marketing of insurance products, many customers inquired for dental insurance.
There are no adequate plans to cover dental treatments, in any of the insurance companies in india at present.
There is vast expansion of dental professionals including allied industries to meet the needs of increasing patients and still there is requirement of dental professionals.
At present the cost of treatment has raised to lakhs of rupees creating burden to the patients.
Hence my appeal to chairman and concerned officials of irda is to review the matter and suggest / guide the insurance companies to raise to the occassion by launching appropriate plans or revising the existing critical illness riders.
Your valuable suggestions and advises are more appreciated in this regard.

Bharti axa life insurance co. Has deduct amount of rs.12815/- from my savings bank account. (Bank of india. Vatva industrial branch) my account no:[protected]. Without my permission and knowlwdge. On date 10/07/2018. From the passbook copy i came to know about this matter. Such amount has been deducted through the bharti axa insurance co. I do not have such policy which regards the company has deduct the amount. I did not give any auto debit mandate authority to bharti axa life insurance co. Several time i have asked to the company to provide the proof or any other document that on which policy policy behalf they deduct the amount? But the company is not giving any sufficiant reply and every time asking for for more time to investigate the matter. For more than last 2 month i am still waiting for the proof or evidence from the company. But they are failed to solve the matter and adjust that amount on other person.
I want my money back to my account immidiatly.

In India there are many ppl who will claim ppl to be there employees and get insurance of theirs and also many ppl getting other ppls mental health insurance but in reality they might be ppl like Moaists etc (Australian Schedule tribes living in india not letting ppl work ) collecting ppls id etc .

Pls make that only relatives can claim thru court. So that ppl cannot get money easily this way.

In Mehsana there had been cases of that sort.
PPl try and microchip ppl (for diagnosis purposes, project work, Research related etc) and make them mad and then eventually kill them as well. And ppl of these sorts make money by getting the health insurance.

Hdfc life insurance.co issued a policy on 30 Aug.& I received the policy on 5th Sept 2018. On same day I make request to cancel the same because of wrong presentation of their Agent. I went there Jaipur office to cancel the policy.now on 12/9/18 they reimburse me after deducting RS.4720/- My policy No 20662697 & Clind ID: M7694665 plan : ulip
On 8/9/2018 I went to HDFC life Ins.co's tonk Road Office at Jaipur(Rajasthan)& meet Navita Mam. She inspect all my document & Call Mr. Rohit Singh (Ph:[protected]) to check the matter. After authentication paper & he cancelled my policy on 8/9/18 & give me acknowledge slip of the same.
I paid premium of Rs.100000/- on 30/8/2018 & received policy kit on 5/9/2018.
On same day i mailed them to cancelled the policy but they give no respose, so i personally went their jaipur off.They reimburse Rs. 95280/-on 12/9/18

Already informed in hdfc i'm not able to continue this policies. Hdfc always provoke me they have deducted the premium (99999) amount in my account. Kindly resolved. I have not single response for the side of hdfc cancelled policies why hdfc have not cancelled my policies.
