Irudayam Hospital — bad behavior & service by head nurses of medicine building, 4th floor, general yard (female)

My mother admitted from 16th of this month in your hospital & presently at the above subject.
Bed, & floor not cleaning even once per day & nurse service is very bad. Head nurse behavior with us very badly after we request for any work. She always tell us one thing that to complain anybody, i don't care.
I request to take the necessary action as soon as possible or guide us.
