Irudayam Hospital — complaining about dr. vijayalakshmi. r

Dr. Vijayalakshmi. R coordinator high risk obg & consultant in ultrasound scanning section is very rude and innapropriate to patients. She wait us for about 3 hours intentionally. It was very cruel that to wait a pregnant lady for more hours. How can we call her a doctor. A doctor should be kind. For more than a hours I m trying on the visa medicals number...no body is picking up the call

My father admitted in kims. Today he discharged. From the mistake by kims insurance team he sent date of admission was wrong. Thus pay the amount and discharge. From the doctor side and nurses side services were very very good.
These type of persons are not eligible to handle customers.
Very bad experience...
