Irudayam Hospital — Not providing required invoices

I P Saichandu writing this mail to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of response to our queries about obtaining CATHETERS invoice bills for EPS-RFA procedure undergone by Mother Smt. P.Srilatha on[protected] admitted between[protected] to[protected] . Despite multiple attempts via phone calls, messages and through Mains, contacting Sudha madam, Anil sir from medical billing, reports and purchase departments, we have not received our invoice bills.

Timely receipt of accurate invoices is crucial to claim reimbursement at SBI bank as Iam an employee at SBI bank, current lack of response since 3months is falling short of our expectations, causing inconvenience and frustration on our end.

We kindly request you to investigate this matter as soon as possible and provide us necessary CATHETERS invoice bills, and we hope for a swift resolution to avoid further inconvenience.
