In June 2017, I have attended seminar by ISA Global (Delhi based) company. They took Rs. 1000/- for profile assessment. Director - Abhijeet Virmani said its refundable service with agreement. They shared copy paste report in book format and said your report is positive and your profile & NOC code matches. if you want end to end service you need to pay package amount and entire package shows no specific bifurcation about services. its Gold package assessment report + IELTS training + EOI submission. last amount u need to pay at ITA. I enrolled afterwords no services provided for few months. i shoot some emails then they ask basic details again. then they said 2-3 emails with Cambridge IELTS PDF with answer sheets and one excel sheet. afterwords no feedback no response. They did not provided any help. Me and my spouse has cleared exam by our own. (6.5 Avg band). they again insisting to give IELTS tests. as I have cleared IELTS they can very much start Pnp and express entry application. but they simply denying and said your NOC code is not matching. I met couple of consultants and they said they can start application from our current score while ISA Global staff (Mrinal Sharma & Team) say no. then on what basis they have evaluated my profile in begining? when I showed them all statistics then too they refuse. (I have recorded all conversations) after paying Huge Fees they said we dont provide telephone contacts, we provide only email services. so for any service or query or reply you need to depend on their mercy. they reply after couple of days. when I have insisted them for refund they said all my money of 33K was for IELTS training and they are shamelessly denying to refund even.They have given receipt and mentioned that fees they are taking is for CANADA PR service and now they are simply refusing to refund. I have all recorded conversations and emails and payments receipts. I want strong action against such fraudulent company and refund my hard earned money.

My complaint was escalated to the management and the company addressed all my issues. My confusion regarding fees was also clarified and I have now settled the matter with the company and have no complaints now.
