I paid 60000 on feb 28/2/23 they told me that you have crs score of 469 and after payment was paid they told me your score is coming to 440 i told then i do not want to process and please refund me they are telling me no we cannot refund as per agreement but i told then cut your charges 5000 or 6000 for 20 days and provide me the refund but still they are telling me no, i have collected those money on ver hard basis and they are not refunding i need help.

They are totally fraud people. They would take your 40000 rupees and never came back.

Hi, I would like to complaint about ISA Global as they are fraud company and they provide wrong CRS scores during payment process and after payment they don't bother to give any service with regards to training, CRS scores, service towards customer queries as there is no proper person authorised for every customer . I won't suggest anyone to go for their services as they just provide legal contracts with no intention providing services to customers even after payments. So I want a complete refund for the same.

I had enrolled on March 2nd for Canada immigration process.
I was given half information regarding PNP entry and i was completely misguided. They don’t have complete knowledge of PNP entry. After confirming with the people who live in Canada and other immigrants found that what they suggested was totally incorrect.
They don’t have any points to prove their point. Very very much disappointed.

I attended their seminar, which was pretty decent, but towards the end one thing became clear that primary focus was monetisation and not real interest in answering queries, if the query wasn't what they were prepared to answer. I personally did not really mind as with my busy life and schedules, i was willing to pay as long as i got the proper services and job done right to save me time and hassle.

This last part is where things fell apart, and to me i felt like i made a really stupid mistake in signing up with them.

After seminar, when you connect with them, right way it comes to money that will charge you xyz amount and usually they give you 2 to 3 different payment schedules, with all of them having first batch of payment close to ~40k with service inclusions being highlighted as:
- a welcome kit (Through courier only)
- skill assessment guidance + assistance
- ielts training only “as a complimentary service”

Once you make the payment, you get a package, the kit is basically a book of some facts about canada one can google (But can be useful for some), along with a contract for you to sign and courier back. And by now when you start to realise that this may not be good for you, you have already made the payment, and you cant get a full refund as per contract as they charge you a considerable deductible for refund requests as per contract. To me this was weird being forced (In a way) to sign and share a contract which should have been disclosed before the payment.

In terms of language, won't get into too many details but basically the contract all of a sudden states that the payment you did was for ielts training which was supposedly complimentary. And in name of training they just share some pdf books, videos and sample tests, all of which can be obtained, in fact better material can be obtained with few mins on google, and thats pretty much the extent of it. They say they are available for queries, but a person paid for start to finish training and not self study.

In terms of eca or skill assessment. They just create your profile on wes or other relevant website, something again which one can do in few minutes online themselves, and then leave it again all up to you.

So they just basically act as more of an information hub, information that is readily available with few clicks on internet. So to me it was just a big waste of money close to 45-47k, and i chose not to proceed with them any further due to this experience and the potential of any more payments ending up being just further waste.

Also because i did not make any further payments with them for any further steps and stopped availing their services after this experience in first major part, i would not be the right person to comment on their level of service and experience i may have had, in case i had chosen to proceed. It could have been better, or it could have been worse instead. Not for me to say, as i chose to stop my services with them at this point.

I don't advise anyone to not choose them, they definitely seem to have several success stories as well with all the positive reviews on them out there. Its just my experience was not good and now i just advise people to be careful and cautious and ensure they do their research and be absolute clear on what they are choosing to pay for.

I enrolled in isa global bangalore for canada pr program. Their program is some what interesting and i paid fee of 60000 rs.
Due to my fate, i lost few of my family members in accident and i am occupied with personal issues with financial crisis and i don't have any other way to move out.

So after few months i asked for refund (Deducting any charges for their process) of my paid fee. They told according to agreement sign off, they cant provide me any refund and message me "if i need any thing approach legally (According to their mentioned clause in useless and uncleared agreement). Be aware of their agreements before sign off.

They told me that our service agreement was expired, so please pay minimal fee to revoke services back (And to loot few more money also)

So iam not complaining about these type of consultancies. But my main intention was to alert aspirants who are willing to take or apply canadian pr program.

Approach any consultancies or institutes after taking ielts and getting good band.

Don't pay single penny to corporate, unless and until if you get good score.

They don't know value of money as they are earning in lots and will not consider personal reasons also.

Fault is from my side also. I cant do anything wrt now. So i didn't approach legally.

So don't waste your hard earned money.

ISA is fraud consultancy. They are dadas of collecting money starts from free seminar of Rs1000, within a week will collect rs 40000 for training and rs25000 for document verification. They will not do anything and just send cambridge material to do self preparation. You can prepare by yourself and apply by own. They are not professional and will behave rude right from collecting money and having in the form of legal team. Be aware and save your money, don't lost to them

Complaint details: i have received a traffic e-challan - pal115_[protected]_129c4. This challan is for vehicle registration no gj27v5099.
This vehicle is not owned by me because it is same number of auto rixa it is passenger auto baja company

My vehicle number same (Gj27v5099) and it is atul shakti auto commercial vehicle loading rixa
Both vehicle is different one is passenger auto and 2nd is commercial auto and e-memu in photo capture was passenger auto.
And memu came at my home.
We do have a vehicle the registration of which is quite similar to this number.
There are similar numbers but it is not my e-memo.

This challan has been mistakenly issued to my home address. Please do the needful and change the details so this challan is not under my name.

I have done my agreement with big mega mart on line shopping company on[protected] for franchise for Khargone M. P. . They promised to give stocks on daily basis 8-10 orders. After making payments of franchise amounts. They did not provide any items till now to deliver to customer. When we are calling to they are not responding. Not answers of whatapp, sms, emails or phone calls. They just ignoring. I tried to contact many times, but no response from big mega mart side.
I sent an email for cancellation my agreement and refund my amounts asap on dated[protected] but did not receive any acknowledgement.

Contact person - ruchika and nitin (He is not responding my calls, sms, whatapp and emails). If i call to my another number and He is just making fool.

After 13 days of agreement, they sent some herbal medicine to me. But its not for use.

I request that, please make my refund and i dont want business with this company.

Not recommended as the price they take is exorbitantly huge against the service in the clauses provided. Most of the guidance was available online and the consultancy had no role literally… please do not waste your money with them as there is no value that they provide to the process. Unprofessional staff with extremely lethargic system ignoring existing customers once money taken…. The entire process of the company had no impact as it is you who do all the steps and finally company staff drops mails meaning that we achieved the success because of their guidance and working in collaboration… strictly not recommended consultancy. To my further surprise, on sharing the feedback online, i didn't receive any single call from the teams expressing their concern over my grievance. But instead, i only received multiple commanding emails in no time. This is definaltely not the recommended way to deal with a feedback. Rather than discussing the feedback, i received threatening/commanding emails in no time given. This further confirms the unprofessionalism on their part. Utter customer dissatisfaction and troublesome. The entire process of chasing them, dealing with them was cumbersome and painful. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff lacking complete information. I have enrolled with isaglobal by paying huge amount and had dealt with them for 6 months and have all supporting documents. I find no value or useful service provided against the exorbitant amount taken. Need action and refund of money against such unprofessional practice

In June 2017, I have attended seminar by ISA Global (Delhi based) company. They took Rs. 1000/- for profile assessment. Director - Abhijeet Virmani said its refundable service with agreement. They shared copy paste report in book format and said your report is positive and your profile & NOC code matches. if you want end to end service you need to pay package amount and entire package shows no specific bifurcation about services. its Gold...

I am planning to migrate to Australia or Canada. I am a little confused on the process. I was recommended this consultancy by a friend.

Can you share your experience if you have taken any help from this company?

There are many consultancies in this field with all kinds of reviews. So it is difficult to check which one is really good and which one is not. As it is an important decision in our life, I would really like to get genuine feedback.

I had earlier gone to another firm which did not give me the right guidance and I was quite disappointed. However, when I met with one of the counselors of ISA, he seemed to be providing better guidance.

Would appreciate your feedback.

I am interested in migrating to Canada and I have contacted many immigration consultants. I am not sure which consultant is good and provides professional service as I have read many negative reviews of many of these consultants.

Can you share your experience of ISA Global as I am likely to take a decision to go with them but I want someone to share their experience before I take the final call.

It is a big decision for our family and I don't want to take a decision without proper feedback.

I had attended their seminar on 2nd july in andheri.
I paid rs.1300 by credit card for my and my wife's report plus book copy.
I was told that i will get my report within a week. I visited their andheri branch to further discuss the process with sujit and one lady who was senior to him.
I was shown my report by sujit and was told that it will be courier to my place. After our discussion i told them i don't have that much money so i can't enroll right now. I would require some time. That's it. After that i did not hear anything from sujit about my report.
I had to follow up twice and it's been a month, i sent him a message on watsapp to inquire about my report on 25th july 2016.
He asked me to come and collect it from the office. I asked him to courier it as it was promised to me during seminar and our discussion. He said it's not possible.

I understand that i am not enrolling with them now but that doesn't mean that i won't enroll in future. If they can't keep such a small promise then how can people trust them for bigger prospect.
