ISBM — Convocation Fees Not Refund since last years

I have taken admission in 2013 for 2 year MBA Prog. i paid all dues including Convocation fee of Rs. 5000 on timely manner till completion of course but they says that you have pay directly to MGU for degree and i didn't get any professionally support from ISBM, Please refund the aforesaid amount So, i can pay to direct MGU for complete the process.

i am continuously follow-up with isbm since last year but i didn't receive my money.

ISBM is a very bad institute
