ISTV Imphal — local service provider has taken away my setup box to repair and never given back and it's almost 3 months.

Local service provider incharge of keishamthong elangbam leikai, khabam lakpam mandop, imphal west has taken away our hd setup box to get it repaired as connection was not working. Since then be has never return the box back and never fix our cable. I have made several request by meeting him when he came to my neighbours for monthly cable fees collection. Its from january and ow almost 3 months. Kindly review my issue and try to resolve it at the earliest or kindly refund my security so that i can have other network connection. Costumer name: subasini.
