IT — Hdfc food card issue

Hi team,

I was having food card [protected] which expired on 30 april 16.

I raised a request in april to renew the card and received food card [protected] in may.

I registered this card in my payroll and 3000 was credited to renewed card.

Few days later i received msg from hdfc that, my renewed card wont be operational due to technical issue and new card will be issued.

God knows by what logic hdfc wanted to waste money in renew the card second time.

I received this second renewed card [protected].

I have already made many requests to transfer balance from old card to renewed card-1 but no one worked on it.

In addition to this balance transfer process, i have received renewed card-2 and now i want balance of old card, renewed card-1 to be transferred in renewed card-2.

I hope atleast this time you will complete it in 3 working days.


Old card - [protected] balance - 8846.35
Renewed card-1- [protected] balance - 3000
Renewed card-2- [protected]


Please work on this request asap as i am not able to use any food card from last 40 days.
