This is to inform you that when the institution has informed you about what actually happened and it was not the institute fault to start with.
After you made the payment through the payment gateway of clear one it was your bank who did not respond to our payment gateway and your money got stuck, we made you aware of that. You made the payment on February 28, 2022 and you didnt even waited for the institute to get back to you with the information and posted this review on consumer forum blog. Let me remind you that consumer forum is just a blog and will not help you to get you even a single penny, I really dont understand that why are you even begging them to get you money.
The Institute is the only one who understands your pain about your Father's Blood Cancer excuses and we are still willing to refund the entire amount and for that we even asked you to remove this blog post from consumercomplaints and you made a false promise that you will get it removed by Monday but unfortunately you decided not to wait and post another blog on this forum, which is actually challenging your credibility of being a genuine customer.
The training institute teaches student who pays the amount through our payment gateway but in your scenario it was your Bank Of India's fault that lead us to misery.
Vatsal as per last conversation with the institute you promised that you will get this post removed from the blog but let me remind you that there would be no option to get it removed from here and we as an Institute will always loose business because of this and you would loose nothing, We are sure that you will not pay for the losses that would incur through this post.
We will still live upto the commitment that we are going to refund the entire pending amount of Rs. 12698 to your account once you delete this post as you are blaming us for the mistake your BANK has done and you are defaming.
Rest assured please try to live up to your commitment and stop giving us lame excuses that your friend has posted all the above mentioned comments and your father is suffering with CANCER, unfortunately we assume that it is also an excuse as we have all call recordings too.
Vatsal, lets face the reality and fact that do what you have committed so that we can refund you on priority.

If your an actually organisation PATHETIC, no actual institute would withhold and demand a client to such. To ensure trust, a organisation would return the money and wouldn’t play games in such matters. This organisation claims only if Vatal takes down the post then only they will return the money pathetic, unprofessional way of dealing business. Vatal mate keep fighting.

File a Complaint
You are presenting a wrong image of the institute. As per conversation with the counsellor you have asked the institute to make a payment of Rs.5000/- first then you would take down the complaint, but unfortunately you are not living upto your promise and falsely accusing the institute of wrong doing. The institute simply asked you not to put falsely allegation but instead of taking down the complaint you are putting more allegation over a pity issue like this.
In the conversation you are talking about your fathers cancer also that you need money to take care of him, the counsellor gave his salary as his boss has asked him to get the complaint down first and you were ok to it and also confirmed that you will wait till Monday.
To be honest you are loosing the credibility and also the trust factor of the institute which is ready to pay you every single penny that you have paid.
You are also aware that due to your bank not confirming the payment earlier your payment got stuck and it was the institute who confirmed the same, and even before we confirming the same within a day you put this post on consumercomplaint.
The institute is ready to make the entire payment but the institute does demand first to get this post removed first and the institute will make the full payment without a doubt.
