It Training Institute — Scam on the name of certification course

Yesterday I registered at a Tableau Association link after which I was contacted by a company named IT Training Institute based out of Malad Mumbai. They told me that they can provide me the certification course and the certificate within 10 days. They shared the information brochure of the course with me and I was convinced also the certificate was necessary for me to get the job in a company which I was offered yeasterday only. After that I enrolled on there platform through the link provided by them and then they sent me the unpaid invoice and a payment link. As I clicked on the payment link I was redirected to the payment gateway named oneclear. From there I choosed the UPI option for the payment and my payment was successful but it took a little bit time. Then I shared the payment success screenshot with them over the mail but still they are not ready to share the paid invoice with me neither they enrolled me in any course despite of paying the total amount. Due to them not shraing the paid invoice one of my job offer from the company is cancelled and my money is also deducted but they are not responding to the issue.

The issue has not been resolvwd yet and I hve not got my money back. After filling the complain they reached me and told me that they will return the money soon but now daily they been just postponding the dates of the same and are not giving any satisfactory answer regarding when they will return the money. Please do look into the matter as they are not taking any satisfactory steps to return my money back.

The issue is still not resolved and after my previous update they only paid me Rs 5000 and are asking me to remove my complaint from this site then only they will give me rest money. I borrowed the money from someone and now they are not returning it and I am facing the issues. Please do help me to get all my money back. I hve added the screenshot of the payment of Rs5000 that they paid me. The payment was done by one of their counsellor who is handling my issue.

The issue is still not resolved and after my last update the executives did reach me out and we had a conversation in which they told me that they will have a talk woth their seniors regarding the same and asked me to wait till 11 am of next day that was 15th March 2022. But after that till now nobody has contacted me and when I tried to contact them there was no satisfactory response.

Also, replying to the comments of the institute on my post first thing I am not making any lame excuse about my fathers illness and next thing I have not hide any fact I have told the whole story clearly and as your executives said that they have the recording they can listen to that. Second thing I am not defaming you I am also suffering as I borrowed the money from someone so he is asking for it but I am not getting the refund so I will ask for help that is the genuine reaction anyone would give.

And whosoever mistake it was the conversation was between us so if you are the merchant and I have paid you so I will ask it from you also you said the payment didnvt reached you that day I want to ask you one thing did the payment is still not recieve as I have not got my refund.Also, I always asked for my full money not only 5000 if yiu have the recordings as said by your executive please do listen to that and when you executive paid me Rs5000 then he only asked meto remove the complain and then he will pay me then also I said sir please pay the full amount but he was not ready so I told him wait let me check wether I can delete it or not and the option was not available so I told him the same and I also raised a ticket for that but still the complain was not removed and you didnvt returned my money. Also, let me clear one thing I cannot mark it resolved also till you don't return my money as I have to suit in written that how the issue was resolved so please return my money so that I can atleast mark it resolved and remove its tracking.

And I am noone who can defame you neither I have any personal grudges but if a person whose problem is not being addressed will seek for help and the same I did and now the issue is being exetended from your side as when I write a complain you contact me and then promise me few things and then from next day the same behaviour of negligence starts from your side. I just want my money as I have paid and I have the proofs and as your executive said that you will file a legal case against me and will get my password changed for this site as he has some friends working here. On that note I only beg you or request you for one thing either please return my money or please clear the situation wether you will return it or not as I am normal student and you all are professionals I know you can get me down ro knees easily and so I am down to knees please refund my amount as I cannot bear the loss or just clear the situation so I can proceed with some other way to return the money of the person.

You are presenting a wrong image of the institute. As per conversation with the counsellor you have asked the institute to make a payment of Rs.5000/- first then you would take down the complaint, but unfortunately you are not living upto your promise and falsely accusing the institute of wrong doing. The institute simply asked you not to put falsely allegation but instead of taking down the complaint you are putting more allegation over a pity issue like this.
In the conversation you are talking about your fathers cancer also that you need money to take care of him, the counsellor gave his salary as his boss has asked him to get the complaint down first and you were ok to it and also confirmed that you will wait till Monday.
To be honest you are loosing the credibility and also the trust factor of the institute which is ready to pay you every single penny that you have paid.
You are also aware that due to your bank not confirming the payment earlier your payment got stuck and it was the institute who confirmed the same, and even before we confirming the same within a day you put this post on consumercomplaint.
The institute is ready to make the entire payment but the institute does demand first to get this post removed first and the institute will make the full payment without a doubt.

This is to inform you that when the institution has informed you about what actually happened and it was not the institute fault to start with.
After you made the payment through the payment gateway of clear one it was your bank who did not respond to our payment gateway and your money got stuck, we made you aware of that. You made the payment on February 28, 2022 and you didnt even waited for the institute to get back to you with the information and posted this review on consumer forum blog. Let me remind you that consumer forum is just a blog and will not help you to get you even a single penny, I really dont understand that why are you even begging them to get you money.
The Institute is the only one who understands your pain about your Father's Blood Cancer excuses and we are still willing to refund the entire amount and for that we even asked you to remove this blog post from consumercomplaints and you made a false promise that you will get it removed by Monday but unfortunately you decided not to wait and post another blog on this forum, which is actually challenging your credibility of being a genuine customer.
The training institute teaches student who pays the amount through our payment gateway but in your scenario it was your Bank Of India's fault that lead us to misery.

Vatsal as per last conversation with the institute you promised that you will get this post removed from the blog but let me remind you that there would be no option to get it removed from here and we as an Institute will always loose business because of this and you would loose nothing, We are sure that you will not pay for the losses that would incur through this post.

We will still live upto the commitment that we are going to refund the entire pending amount of Rs. 12698 to your account once you delete this post as you are blaming us for the mistake your BANK has done and you are defaming.

Rest assured please try to live up to your commitment and stop giving us lame excuses that your friend has posted all the above mentioned comments and your father is suffering with CANCER, unfortunately we assume that it is also an excuse as we have all call recordings too.

Vatsal, lets face the reality and fact that do what you have committed so that we can refund you on priority.

If your an actually organisation PATHETIC, no actual institute would withhold and demand a client to such. To ensure trust, a organisation would return the money and wouldn’t play games in such matters. This organisation claims only if Vatal takes down the post then only they will return the money pathetic, unprofessional way of dealing business. Vatal mate keep fighting.
