ITBP — credit card not yet received

Hello sir,
This is si / telecom gaurav tyagi itbp force. I have applied for sbi credit card on 10 feb 2018 and received an email on 23 march 2018 for approval of my application. According to the email card must be reached to me within 07 days but i haven't received my sbi card yet.
I tried to contact to the agent and than area manager they are avoiding me. I also sent an email to the grievance email id of chandigarh and delhi gurgaon office of sbi card but still i am waiting for any reply from them.
Sir i am a soldier of para military and i deployed in boarder out areas most of the time.
