I have paid money of 750 inr on 6th october 2017, transaction id [protected] through paytm and i have recied a confirmation of apyment also. But then it says to download a software, and has given various options like to download software and install scribe.. So on.. But all those scribes are not available. When you try to save it or download it.. It says, this file has been deleted. None of the links that they have referred are working. They say that there will be a reply within 4 hours about the membership details. But then i got the details the next day. And after tgat i tried to download the scribes they required but they are not getting downloaded. I texted them asking help for the problem. It said there will be a reply within 24 to 48 hours. But its almost been more than 48 hours and i have not got any mail or message till now. That number to which i transfered money [protected] with name anoop is switched off.. I either want a refund of 750 inr or the proper software to work. Either of the one should happen. Was this information helpful? | |||
