Sir/madam, I have paid rs 750 through paytm, on 23th october 2017 for joining this company's data entry work. They responded to the payment and provided me my user id and password. My user id is 25310. I logged in. They asked me to install the script (Wordpress duplicator), document and webmail software. But the script as well as the software shows errors during installation. "your requested file not existed" - this message is coming. I tried to contact them many times. After the payment, they are not responding to my requests. i want to know that it is online process then what is the reason of delay .
Pl do needful on urgent basis otherwise refund my money.
