I am Manish Khandelwal father of Janvi Khandelwal, availing school transport facility of Route no. 20A ( Mansarover Garden)
this is to bring in to your kind notice that this route Bus no. 20 A is carrying children more than the available seats which is absolutely against the traffic norms, which clearly state that no school transport vehicle is allowed to carry students more that the available seats.
but it is very shocking to learn from my child that there are around 15 more students then the available seats i.e 40.
my ward feels extremely uncomfortable while travelling as on the seat of 2, he is being adjusted with 3-4 kids & in this hot weather where this route bus a/c is also not effective at all makes it miserable for him to commute to & fro, from school.
In the school bus the elder children also misbehave with the juniours. like not to give seats to them, eat there food, steal pencils erasers from there bags, put there bags on the top etc.
The school bus is of paras travells.
