Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Referring to the email dated regarding the cancellation of admission and refund of the first part of Tuition Fee of Rs. 25000, paid vide demand draft no.: 194185 dated 12/04/2022 drawn on Central Bank Of India, Lucknow Chowk branch, no correspondence was received from your end till date.

I have paid first installment of Tution Fee ₹25000 during the interview process on[protected] . My father is a retired person and our financial position is not that stable to afford the loss of Rs. 25000. Further, as per the AICTE norms, the institute has to refund the tuition fee if candidate confirms withdrawal of his name before commencement of the course. But I haven't received any confirmation or update about my refund. My parents and I are concerned about it.

Therefore, I would be highly obliged if you consider the matter in an urgent basis and make quick provision to refund the same at the earliest.

I have send the mail to the concern institute "ITM" and filled the refund request form for refund of ₹25000. And the response is same everytime that you have to wait for some more time. I want to know the exact time.

Almost one year has passed. And they are not responding to my emails properly. And sometimes they respond with the same reply that I wait some more time. But I badly need my refund.
