After almost 2 months of continuously trying to contact the office staff regarding the application for the transcript, I was sent an application form over email, which I submitted the next day. Again after multiple emails and visits to college, no response was given. After approaching the Director on LinkedIn, I was then shared with payment details. The payment was made by me the very next day. Since then it has been over 2 weeks I have not received any response from their team. As per their shared instructions, the transcripts are supposed to be released in 48 hours of payment. I have exhausted all modes of communication and still no response.

Itm college is not refunding the inital admission money that I deposited for reserving a seat in the PGDM program[protected]. After repeatedly mailing and visiting personally, the college is taking no effort to refund the money to students.

Referring to the email dated regarding the cancellation of admission and refund of the first part of Tuition Fee of Rs. 25000, paid Via GPAY transaction id[protected] dated 05/06/2023, no correspondence was received from college end till date.

I have paid first installment of Tuition Fee ₹25000 during the interview process on[protected] . My father is a retired person and our financial position is not that stable to afford the loss of Rs. 25000. in the month of august i submit application for refund, as per the AICTE norms, the institute has to refund the tuition fee if candidate confirms withdrawal of his name before commencement of the course. But I haven't received any confirmation or update about my refund. My parents and I are concerned about it.

Therefore, I would be highly obliged if you consider the matter in an urgent basis and make quick provision to refund the same at the earliest.

I have send the mail to the concern institute "ITM" and filled the refund request form for refund of ₹25000. And the response is same every time that you have to wait for some more time. I want to know the exact time.

Almost 4 month ago they send me a email to send the bank account details which i send them. But after that they are not responding to my emails properly. And sometimes they respond with the same reply that I wait some more time. But I badly need my refund.

I have paid 25000 as registration fees at itm Navi Mumbai but due to some reason I have cancelled my admission in the month of June and requested for refund but uptill now I have not got my refund the admission cell does not pick the call even the counselor have blocked my number.
They does not respond to the mails properly. They had assured me that I will get my refund in November but till now I haven't got it.

Haven't yet received my 25000 refund. Please provide a follow up on this.

My name is ishan supekar I had taken provisional admission in itm Navi mumbai but now I have changed my mind and took admission in another college and I put refund request on 29th April and till date I have not received any refund from the college and the admission department of the college never pick up the call and if I mail them they say you have to wait for some more time but they don't tell the exact date my mother is a single parent and I have to pay that amount in the college which I have taken admission in

ITM is an AICTE approved institution and their website mentions that they follow strict guidelines of AICTE still I paid the first installment of Rs 25000 through a demand draft: and I applied for the refund on 26/5/2022but today is 08/02/2022 and I have not received my refund and neither are they replying now however as per AICTE guidelines if a student has applied for the refund of the fees then the institution is bound to return the money within 7 days of the refund application submitted by the student. It has been almost 9 months but still they are not refunding the amount due to which I am facing certain financial crunch.

I have applied for refund in the month of May and it's aug now still my money has not been refunded the amount is not small it is 25000 rs.

ITM is an AICTE approved institution and their website mentions that they follow strict guidelines of AICTE still I paid the first installment of Rs 25000 through a demand draft: 937823 dated 01/02/2021 and I applied for the refund on 26/02/2021 but today is 11/07/2021 and I have not received my refund and neither are they replying now they only say that the refund wil be processed after 31/07/2021 however as per AICTE guidelines if a student has applied for the refund of the fees then the institution is bound to return the money within 7 days of the refund application submitted by the student. It has been almost 4 months but still they are not refunding the amount due to which I am facing certain financial crunch.
