Harassment by IT Source HR team on resignation - Clementy D'Souza and Tushar Mhatre - Work Experience Letter not shared - May 2023

Address: Bangalore

I was harassed to work from office and not, home during pandemic by IT Source Technologies. I resigned voluntarily. Experience letter or Relieving letter or Relieving confirmation email, has not been shared till date 1 May 2023. ITSource HR team is harassing and not afraid to do so in spite of the law....

      Fraud company

      One word : Worst consultancy.

      Salary is never paid on time. Not professional there hr and finance team is fraud.

      Tushar, Clementy are big fraud....

      I have provided my day wise target of one week which is completed by me but everyone from manager to tikona tea leader making confuse for salary to me and also hr is not replying on mail now tushar mahtre is taking follow up but i asked many times for office add he is not giving and mail id also he is not sharing for data he want proof for my present days and i am ready to share

        Hello, myself ravindakumar yadav was associated with it source from 2007 to 2010. When i resigned i completed all the exit formalities and was told that i would get my pf amount in 6 months. But it didn't happen. Again after one year i approached them for same, i was asked to fill up the forms and was promised to get the pf amount in 6 months. Same thing happened and i didn't get pf. Last year in aug 2016 i again approached and again went through all formalities of filling up the forms and submitting required document and yet i haven't got my pf amount. And most interesting part is that they are not ready to give the pf number also. Every time i call hr department lady called vijaya has same answer "we'll get back to you" and they never have any updates. Need help in getting the pf amount which is pending since last 7 years.

          R/Sir, This executive Mr Choudhary has not behavour in communication my senior staff in office. He treats like rough language as Taporry. My office nearest Jio circle, why he crude about communication.? I request to take serious action this Guy.

            ITSource Scam Company Totally Fake

            Totally Fake company just they wont is money from students that's it .. they give the innocent students false commitments that they will place you after completing the CDTP Course which cost 30k after completing the course they will make you wait till you dont get angry and when you become angry they will call you and shout at you. their is no future in ITSource totally wastage of money and even they dont have any sources to place just they...

            I resigned from the IT Source on 30th may 2014, as per the company policies i will get my final settlement amount after 40 day, It is more than 2 months now i haven't got any response from them . I tried contacting to cell but they are not picking up the call .

( As per our update this should be done by June end, kindly check your bank account ) on 2nd June, 2014 ( Dear Amit, this should reflect in your account within 10 days, kindly check your bank account & revert ) But Still not reflect in My Account.                   I worked in ITSource Technologies Limited(Andheri) for aprx. two years, and when i leaved the orgination i completed all the exit formalities properly, and whe i m asking for my PF ammount no one is replying on mail and not even pick up the calls. when calling on reception no.[protected] then he given me a direct no.[protected] of pf concern but the no. is always busy from last 4 months, and if not busy then no one pick the call, and same thing when i told the receiption he says if she(Ms. Smita) is not pick up the call so what should they do. and on same time i sended mail may be 30 times but no reply on that. so its humblled request if some one can help me to get my PF ammount back.

                    Sir,

                    I was a employee of this company (Worked as a Technical Manager Employee ID A00435) and without any proper notice or warming company asked me to leave the job[protected], I did, I have completed my exit formalities on the same day but still didn't got my payment. In all this process they didn't release my last months and current months salary.I have been asking for my Final settlement from last four months and company is not replaying to my mails and calls. This is not the only case there are more people are like me waiting for money from last 4-5 months.
                    Without any Job and Salary I was surviving from last 4 months, I don't want this to happen with anyone else. Please take a note on my complaint. If company can behave like this to manager like me then they can be more dangerous to normal employees.

                    ITSource Technologies Limited — NO SALARY ON TIME, NO LEAVE, NO PAID, NO SICK LEAVE

                    I worked in it source technologies pvt ltd for 9 month for tikona customer support. It source technologies never provides salay on time, don't give any leave, and don't give any PL and SL. This is worst company i have ever seen in my life.
