Date of incident - 15th August, 2022
Incident Description - I availed service from ItzEazy for duplicate RC book for my two wheeler. I shared all the documents and made the payment on 20th August, 2022 post that there has been no contact from my case officer Ankita Agrawal.
I have tried to reach out to her multiple times but there is no response. I have reached out to the ItzEazy customer service multiple times for a resolution but till date I have not received any solution.
In addition to this, case officer Ankita Agrawal has blocked my number.
I was patient in the beginning but I still have no response and they are blocking client's number after the payment.
