My driving license name is wrong please fix it urgently....

I placed an order No. BLRBRW6928 on 23.2.2024 for arranging Birth certificate and paid advance of Rs 2500 thru netbanking. Even after a period of 2.1/2 months passed, they have not arranged the birth certificate and hence I asked them to refund the money which they are not doing.

This company collected all my documents and payment for RTO HP deletion work committing that works will be done in 15 days time line.Now it is more than 1 month they are not dispatching the document to me and not returning my previous RC book as well.No support from customer and local team.If you try to call them they will behave rudely and will never give any clarification.

Date of incident - 15th August, 2022
Incident Description - I availed service from ItzEazy for duplicate RC book for my two wheeler. I shared all the documents and made the payment on 20th August, 2022 post that there has been no contact from my case officer Ankita Agrawal.
I have tried to reach out to her multiple times but there is no response. I have reached out to the ItzEazy customer service multiple times for a resolution but till date I have not received any solution.
In addition to this, case officer Ankita Agrawal has blocked my number.
I was patient in the beginning but I still have no response and they are blocking client's number after the payment.

I have applied for RC ownership transfer of bike in march 2021. They collect 3100 in total in 3 parts. Its September now they are not replying and not receiving the calls. The mails are just giving new dates but i doubt they have bad intentions
