Dear sir/ma'am
My name is sudipta chaudhuri and my cibl report shows that i have taken some loan from ivl finance ltd. I found this issue as i had applied for a personal loan in axis bank and i was shocked to see 11 emi defaulted on my cibil report from this bank for a loan which i have not applied nor did i receive. I tried to reach their customer service desk but no response.
This is a clear case of identity theft / fraud by their executives who fraudulently used my cibil and my documents to avail this loan. I don't even know how could they get the amount as it was never credited to my account nor was i sent an loan details which clearly indicates they have created all fake, false, documents to get the money.
I am attaching the screenshot of my cibil report for your immediate action.
Due to this fraudulent loan defaults in my account i'm unable to get a loan which is very important to me.
Kindly guide me what i should do now.
