Cmp mandate showing ivl finance ltd and debiting rs.1450/- every month from 24.01.2022 till date and deducted rs.13050 though i have no loan account or any assciated loan i am pensioner and do not have any loans please kindly take action against the firm

Dear Team IVL FINANCE

I have never taken any loan from an IVL FINANCE application whereas while checking my CIBIL in my name on Paisabazaar site I am seeing a total of 2 loans. I can definitely say that these are fraud loans in my name. My CIBIL is also getting bad due to these fraud loans. You are requested to check the above loans and ensure action and answer that who will be responsible for their bad CIBIL due to fraud loans given through your application in the name of me or other people like me and also Also tell that how does your company compensate the people for the loss caused due to such fraud loans?
If this problem is not resolved soon then I will be forced to take legal action against your company.

Fraud company they don't have any customer support. I did not take any loan but my CIBIL down for 15k loan in Jan-22 reflect on my account but i dont have any amount from this side if you have any solution for this please reply. Worst company acording to customer service and use fake contact details.

Pankaj sharma here dhani loan account number- CL22954436. Such a pathetic customer service by dhani and you i got the NOC from dhani team that no overdue is remaining but on my cibil it’s still showing 2 late payments and an overdue amount of rupees 416. After requesting plenty of times to dhani team they reply that they reported to CIBIL about the error but still no effectiveness on my CIBIL. This is the last time I’m writing to you please solve this problem and do the needful. Otherwise my last option is to file a case at RBI OMBUDSMAN OR IN HIGH COURT FOR DEFAMATION. THANK YOU.

I took a small laon and i was not even aware that it will reflect in credit report. Now even after paying many months ago, still that is visible on my report and is affecting my credit score. I will file report for this in court.

This has affected my CIBIL very severely.

I had no clue that IVL Finance or Dhani had applied charges to me.

I have never applied or shared my details with this company ever.
But still there is 15000/- personal loan approved under my name from march 2022. I don't even have full loan account details. I have never paid for any amount as well.
It is affecting my cibil score.
I see there is more than 300 complaints against this company yet I think there is no action taken that will save more people from being frauded.

I have not taken the loan from IVL Finance ltd but it is showing that I have not repayment history of loan and Cibil score credit is lowered due to the fraud company. Please help me with the needful resolution in this regard..

I have never taken any loan from ivl finance but, there is one showing in my credit report and it also in negative impact. It's affecting my cibil score time by time. I need the solution. I have tried very hard to maintain my cibil score. But these company ruined everything. I have to borrow a loan from banks. But they won't give me any loan because of this.
