Dear sir, my name Ramagouda patil, i purchased ivoomi m5 mobile through flipcart. One day my mobile suddenly switch offed, then date.12/11/2018 i go to ivoomi mobile authorised service center belgaum cosmic service center, they are ur mobile was sent head office, 2 months ago but my mobile still not repaired and not handed me. Very worst service with irresponsible service center.There is no response in customer email complaints. In customer care number no persons are available in any language. service center too dont know the status of a mobile if it is in service. Kindly be aware dont buy any of this products here after.
