Ivoomi — customer care service

The unbrockeble touch screen broken within the 6 month screen replacement period. Went to service center at jayangar, bangalore, but they refused service claiming that they stopped serving ivoomi... Then went to dasarahalli service centre and submitted invoice... The a#h* who work there told me to come after 2days but when i called, another ah who is the owen of the center refused screen replacement. All this time the customer care people at their cell numbers assured to give free replacement. Then today i am at the dasarahalli service centre and the person there refused service and further said that i have to pay rs 850 for service even if ivoomi approves the screen replacement. While in the ivoomi website it says rs 150 to 250 for service. Apparently i have to pay rs 850 for the "free" 'screen replacement" and also wait for 10-40 days
