Ivoomi — iphone dead even after battery replacement through authorised service center

Phone purchased through Flip Cart (Mob Model [protected])
Battery replaced & than given to M/s Shivam Communication, Faridabad on 01.08.18.After that couriered to company & received by company around 06.10.18.But till date no feedback from company.This is harassment to customer.Please repair & send back to user.(refer attach)
