Dear All, Today Date :[protected]. This is the worst service i had seen ever, My handset ME5 was not working on[protected] which I had purchased on[protected]. I had submitted this to SAGUN INFOTECH WEST BENGAL HOOGHLY on[protected]. Request Id : IVASPWB0060002 IMEI No. [protected] / [protected]. Till then I had not received and phone or assurance when i will back it. Neither Service center nor form your customer care people not able to provide proper information, every time they are telling to wait 7 - 10 working days. As a customer I want my handset back, if you are not able to repair my problem, I will purchase new one, also suggest to every person to not to buy this company product. if they will not want to harass like me. If you are not able to repair the handset, provide me a new hand exchange of that one or refund my money. Every company have a policy to provide service with proper manner, but according to me there was a gap between service center, customer care and head office ( I did not know whether it exist or not ) because non of your people provide address, mail id or phone no. In this situation I want my hand set back in any condition as I understand that this is a fake company. When parts available give me a call I will repair from your any of service center mentioned in web site. Thanking You.
