Ordered samsung 65" LED TV during freedom sale on 8.8.2026 and thr seller iwqnbemcommerce deliberately delayed the delivery for the sale offer to get expired. It is interesting to note that the same seller boasts delivery of same brand tv in 55" through flipkart minutes, amazing.
Received the item on 17.08.2026 only to find by the installation team during open box delivery that the screen is crack deliberately sent by the seller to me.
There are hundreds of complain against the seller online but flipkart seem not to be bothered, chances of a possible collusion between the seller and flipkart cannot be ruled out? Requested for refund of the total amount but flipkart as usual has been saying to wait for 2-3 days. Was this information helpful? |
