I ordered a 7 kg washing machine but unfortunately I was not at home on delivery day I was standby though a phone call to delivery boy he rushed to deliver other parcel instead of this he checks only outside body of product .
After checking that he delivers .
When I came at home I personally do full inspection of interior and exterior of product I find that interior is not ok at all received a rusted drum that wasn't visible...

From last three months, I am facing a problem with my order. I want to return this product and my refund back . In last 3 months I called customer support 80plus times, 10 times my return request has been cancelled and 4 times rejected and still there is not solution. Every time customer support gave me a promise date but no one came for pickup in three months, if you made policy for customer's help, please refund me, pickup your product...
