I am from India. Is investing Money in Forex via IX app and getting the profit is legal in India..?
I never heard that any Indian Government bodies have given any kind of approval to everyone to trade in Foreign currently. Also how this money(profit) will be accounted by India Income Tax department.

Please shed some light on IX's legality in India.

I have been working with iX global since September 2020, and it did really help me with running my household. Since I did not have a lot of money to put in my automation account, I went on the referral mode of earning. I have managed to make some close ones join under me, because of course they are putting their money somewhere on my belief too. My main concern is that the people who I talk to and me myself need some legal document or registration that shows that iX global is allowed to work in India. This is so that I can calm down myself and show it to others as well that in case iX global runs away or gets bankrupted, we can go to the government of India and complain about it so that the government can take legal action on it. Pan number and GST is very easy to get and does not show registration with the government of a country. Without any registration with the country's government, if the company runs away or gets bankrupted, the government will not be responsible. It will be us who will be responsible.

Moreover, it is just the Linkedin profile which says iX global Limited, which again does not signify any registrations because Linkedin name can be anything, no one legally checks the name of the company there. If we look into the iX website, throughout, there is no use of PLC or LTD or whatever any registered company uses which signifies what kind of company it is. I know its an educational company by nature, as per my uplines and its website but then it should have some educational registration or its website should have ixglobal.edu. Even their domain just uses ixglobal.us, which again does not show any registrations.

More than myself, I am worried about my downline and I really need some legal registrations with the government of India so that our principle is safe. Even though I have been continuously asking my upline about it, they just answer in a way which never clarified anything. So I have finally landed here, asking you guys. If you know any legal registration that iX has made, pls tell me. and also please tell me if iX is registered even or not. because as I said before, PLC or proprietor or simply LTD company are like surnames of companies which shows that they are registered, While iX website uses none of them.

le raha hu, jo mi 15 sal job se 30 k bhi cross nahi kiya tha o mine 3 month bad kamana chalu kiya
