My order no is 27436 2 sarees for Rs.1898. I ordered for two different colored sarees in ixoracart as shown in the first image. But received the sarees of the same color as shown in image 2 via courier as shown in image 3. The material received was of very low quality.
The material was couriered back to the ixoracart address. In spite of reminders I didn't receive a refund or replacement. Kindly make the company to repay or replace and further no such activity should be carried out by the company.
