I order 3saree in fancy bazar
Order no 1747.1955, 1957 on 11aug still now im not received, all the details the given was fake, so plz kindly take action on them by cheating the coustomers....

Delivering wrong cheap sarees, cheated amount 2000 rupees

I had ordered a saree from this website with cod option. When i received the parcel and opened it, i see i have been cheated with the wrong product. Even after 4 days of continuous calling and mailing, not able to reach them. Cheaters!!!. Their fb page should be blocked otherwise many would be cheated like this....

My order no is 27436 2 sarees for Rs.1898. I ordered for two different colored sarees in ixoracart as shown in the first image. But received the sarees of the same color as shown in image 2 via courier as shown in image 3. The material received was of very low quality.
The material was couriered back to the ixoracart address. In spite of reminders I didn't receive a refund or replacement. Kindly make the company to repay or replace...

My order is red and golden silk saree
But it delivered item navy blue saree
So we want to return the saree

So you have to give correct order red and golden silk saree. We selected beautiful designer saree. You given the not the designer saree so you have to give the delivered saree....

The product i had ordered was a saree which promised a kanchipuram quality. But i received a cheap quality one. I want to return the order. The website says return within 5 days. But no response for the mails and frequent calls. It is very pathetic. I don't want other customers to get affected by this. Hence raising the issue....

First of all, i would like to inform you that a few days back i had ordered a pink saree through your website today i received the parcel before that your delivery boy was denied to deliver the same at my doorstep he asked me to come down & received it.

I purchased a saree on ixoracart on 29th october 2019, paying rs. 1149 for each saree. The saree is not the same as they displayed in website and it is not a good one. It is of very low quality and i wanted to return the product. But there is no proper mail id or phone number where i can contact ixoracart returns. The mail id provided in their website is directing to peachmode customer support. Contact number is also not a proper one, no...

Ordered smooth silk saree for rupees 999 and a shipping charge of 150 but the product i got was a piece of cloth worth for nothing utterly useless. This is purely a cheating case. Picture shown in the website is entirely different from what i got. Tried to contact customer support but didn't pick the call. There is no return policy mentioned in the site....

I ordered for a white embroidery lehanga choli cost ₹1850 and i received a green and red saree that is not even worth ₹100. And when i tried to contact the customer service they're not responding at all. They are fraud and cheater. I want to block their page immediately so no one else gets into their trap. They are cheating everyone out there. It has to be taken seriously and that page has to be blocked so that there is no any other further...

I have ordered for a rich blue softsilk saree and today 17th October 2019 I got a golden colour low quality saree which is entirely different from what I ordered . The mail id given in the site is redirecting to peachmode .com and there is no other contact informations in the site through which I can get the reply . I need refund but I do not know where to contact ....

Hi, i have ordered one saree from this ixoracart website but the fabric qaulity is very cheap. So i have returned the same product to their address & it got delivered also. Send me a low quality wrong product and now they are not replying on whatsapp all there call back numbers are not connecting.
They have cheated me and as they are doing same with everyone. I saw their complaints on facebook even they are not replying on facebook too.
I request you to take strong decision against ixoracart. I also want you to block them permanently....

I purchased 2 saries from ixoracart today. Which they claimed that it's soft silk. When i received it the material quality was very poor and the product was not soft silk. I tried to contact them in fb, mail and what's app. They never responded. I tried to call them they made their number busy. Please help me to get refund and return the product. These people are fraud and there should be action against them. Please help to resolve my issue....

I had ordered two sarees through ixoracart on 23rd september 2019 seeing the fb post. They are promised high quality products, 100% quality and mentioned materials are in soft silk. And return policy also. I got the sarees on[protected]. Iam shocked after opening the parcel. Because it was poor quality materials. My name is anand chandrasekhar and my contact number is [protected] saw an a saree advertisement from ixoracart on facebook and purchased a saree. But ixoracart provided two fake products. I had mailed them but still no response.. This site is cheating and using facebook as a medium to cheat it's customers.. Kindly take action against them. I have read many similar complaints and nothing has been done till now.. Worst thing is they are using...

The company advertises on facebook about their textile products ex sarees, we had ordered two sarees worth 1250/ each.. However on receiving the products were worth 200 rs... They appear to be taking online route for cheating people by selling substandard products and they do not pick up phone or respond to watsapp nos.. Emails bounce.

Caution to general public not to purchase any goods....
