J K Shah Classes — no coordination in office staff | |||||
I reside in dombivli, mumbai & i am a non-jk student. When i went to dombivli branch for enquiry of crash course for ipcc may, 18 they said its starting from 23rd feb but it was started from 9th feb. I missed my costing fm subject's teaching. Then i went to andheri branch itself (Place of crash course) on 15th feb & did enquiry for remaining 3 subjects of ipcc group 1 starting from 23rd feb. A staff lady asked me to make on the spot payment & sit for lectures on 23rd. When i went for payment on 21st feb just for securing admission, another lady of andheri branch told that gst batches are full & i cant take admission for that. Pre-bookings were not informed to me rather they told me for on the spot payment. Poor staff & no co-ordination. How can they do this. I already missed my costing fm teaching & now i am not able to sit for gst lectures. I was totally dependent on this class for gst so i didnt even joined other classes. I am in loss now. Either raise your staff quality or not spread rumours about classes. Your first impression was worst on me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have taken transfer from face to face to online classes of CA Intermediate both groups. But many videos do not play only due to some technical error. In direct tax many videos have this problem like incomes from salary. Kindly fix this as soon as possible as I have exam in May 2020 an it is being very difficult for me to study.
