I trusted in jabbar travels and booked the ticket from chennai to bangalore through redbus. But, the travel agency have cheated the customer. The bus did not arrive at all at the boarding point causing mental and physical stress to me. The contact number provided in the mticket/eticket were switched off and there was no information from the agency about the delay/cancellation of the bus service. First learn to be professional. Provide proper contact number and focus on customer satisfaction rather than earning money. You do not carry any money with you after you die. Dont get any curse from the customer.
