Wrong pickup point provided
The booking is done from Bangalore to Hyderabad, for my mother and daughter, an elderly lady and a child via redbus, the pickup location was wrongly given, and they were kept waiting for more than 1.5 hrs. On reaching the bus stop, they have called and asked them to cross a road. In a city like bangalore, it does take 5 mins to croos a road, and the bus driver couldnt wait for 5 mins. They are asked to come all the way to hebbal if they have to take the bus where they had to wait for 30 mins again. We have requested to cancel and refund as well as it was difficult for us to catch the bus with both being elderly person and child, however, the behaviour of the staff, driver and conducter is very rude. No basic sense on how to talk with women, elderly people. We need an apology in written for their behaviour and refund for their mistake of giving a wrong boarding point which made us spend an amount equal to ticket price to catch the bus.

Delay Pickup and Rude Behavior
They have clubbed two buses leading to many passengers getting delayed. Pathetic behavior by conductor who is hiding behind traffic. You cannot cheat customers in this Era. We want unconditional apology from the service provider. Or else refund some amount.

Rude Behavior of staff and bus didn't picked the passenger
I am booked the jabbar travels bus from hyderabad to bangalore, through rebus, there changed the pickup location.
I went to the location, I called them, but there didn't picked the call, later i saw the bus was moving, i catched the bus in the next stop and asked the driven and incharged person, why u didn't called me or there didn't checked the passenger are boarding or not, there did not called, the bus was moving .
I asked them, the bus driven and incharge persons behavior is rude, worst services are provided

Wrong boarding point without information

The contact person said bus will wait in majestic near mayura hotel and so was the messages on WhatsApp and phone. But the bus didn't stop at majestic which is a major boarding point in banglore. The contact person claims he informed but there was no such communication. I was waiting in Jabbar office in majestic and they didn't communicate it too inspite of constant enquiry about bus timing and location. It created a panic situation at last minute as i was completely new to the place parallel led with language barrier. The boarding point was almost 2 km away from majestic.

My boarding location is kacheguda and at
8:30 reporting time departures time is 8:45
and they sended me another pick up location at nilofur cafe lakidkalpul
And from kacheguda to lakidekapul the auto boy charge 100 rupees and they said they will give the amount but they give only 50 rupess I loss 50 rupess
And reception boy said that the bus will arrive at 9:45 and the bus came at 10:10 pm worst service and the reception boy was taking so rude with customers and he said go and complain in red bus so rude taking with customers worst worst worst service who was sitting on the reception in Jabbar travels in lakidekapul

Bus cancellation,no ambiance.
Initially I booked a bus from Bangalore to Hyderabad in goibibo app through Amazon pay.and then a a msg came to my phone as your service is cancelled because of break down and I requested for alternative source and your staff provided me a seat and charged an extra amount through personal phone pe.and ambiance in bus is totally worst and also your helper is not responsible for anything.

cheats, refrain from using these fools
I have to give a minimum of one star to review hence doing so, my bus was about 45 mins late and the redbus app clearly showed that the bus would only arrive in about 15 minutes which is when i decided to take a walk an have a tea. The driver calls me and within 2 minutes leaves the spot without me having boarded the bus. Cheap filthy driver and service would request others to not use such a third rated service. Moreover the driver started abusing saying the bus wasn't late and that he had been standing at electronic city, which is a blatant lie. Redbus also wasn't helping with their bot chat support proving to be useless and i received a call after 3 days saying my fare won't be refunded as jaffar denied the fact that they were late.
Please avoid this useless service.

driver cheated
I booked one ticket from bangalore to palakkad for the date 12/04/2019 and the bus timing 10:40 from bangalore. We called the driver number and ask him to pick up from electronic city boarding point. But he did'nt stop the vehicle. Every time we ask him why the delay, he told us, he was stuck on traffic and will reach in next 15 minutes or next 10 minutes like that. After waiting more than 2 hour and last he saying that he already reached hosur. I lost the bus and time. Do you have any solution for this? Why this is happen so

about the rude behavior of staff and delaying in drop about 6 hours

I have traveled in jabbar travels from hyderabad to bangalore on 14th march 2019. The scheduled bus drop timing is morning 5.30am at bangalore. But because of the improper documents they have, the driver escaped from rto officers on the highway by taking a long route which increased journey distance by more than 150km. They scared passengers by saying bus has broken down and it's very dangerous to travel so we are taking you back to hyderabad to change bus. So they took u - turn to make passengers to believe that they are going back. But in mid way when passengers felt asleep they took some different way that leads to bangalore. This is what the private buses are cheating passengers as well as government by escaping from rto officers. Please take proper action on this bus operators.

staff behaviour
Such a horrible travel experience. I was travelling from chennai to bangalore pickup service from velachery. Already bus was delay by an hour. No proper reason provided by the staff for the delay. I had booked in seater/sleeper bus but they had told me to get in sleeper bus and the bus details were not matching while i refer the sms received during booking. Staffs were not aware of both tamil as well as kannada also english. Should change the way of approach towards passengers. Treated as we are travelling for free of cost in their bus. Wouldn't recommend this travels to anyone.

delay experienced in pickup and drop
My boarding time was at 10:40pm on 3/11/18 but the reached at 11:50 pm only, the reason they said was traffic (L don't remember any heavy traffic that day which can make madiwala to silkboard delay for 1hr). And when we reached hosur they stopped at a place for about 2 hours for loading some goods over the top of the bus then to unload this goods at somewhere before the walayar rto office in petrol bunk they took around 1 hr. The bus was supposed to reach the deatination (Thrissur) at 8 am on 4/11/18 and at that time we were near to walayar unloading the goods and when we asked the driver regarding this he said within 2 hrs he will get us to the destination, i[censored] want u can register the complaint in the office, wth...!

bad service, unethical behaviour
I was travelling from pune to bangalore on 27/10/2018. I chose a sleeper berth (Sl 1) in jabbar travels (Vehicle no. Nl 01 b 1203), booked via redbus, that was supposed to pick me up from chandni chowk at 8pm. The bus came at around 8:45pm. The driver and the other staff present in the bus were extremely rude, and yelled at me to get in fast. When i went to my berth, there was another person sitting in my berth (Which isn't allowed, i'm presuming), who had to get down in the next stop, so i had to access the used berth, which was messy and unclean. Moreover, when i told them i had 2 bags with me, and i wanted to put one bag in the storage compartment, the driver plainly refused saying that there was no place. There was no place to keep my bag below the berth either, so i had to keep both the bags in my berth, leaving me very little place to sleep.in the next stop, the staff took in some goods from one of their offices and put them in the storage compartment. They were probably transporting these goods as a side business, but i was startled at how less they cared about their customers that they preferred to use the storage area for something else other than keeping customer luggage. All in all, it was a very bad experience with congested space, staff behaving rudely (Including the driver using foul language and hurling abuses to other traffic).

On 17th June 2018, I was traveling from Bangalore to Hyderabad in Jabbar travels bus no AR01 J0370 seat number SL1. It is the worst travel i have seen and worst staff behavior. Firstly the bus was running late it was 1 hour late, nobody informed neither the Redbus nor Jabbar Travels. The seats were horrible, was not at all clean. The plug points were also not working.
Since the bus was late, so the driver was driving at a very high speed next day in the morning close to 5:50 to 6:15 am the bus driver hit the left side of the bus with the huge stone on the road and because of which the glasses of the window broke and many o[censored]s got injured. After that also the driver didn't stop the bus, when all o[censored]s started screaming he stopped the bus. Instead of shifting us to other bus or calling someone for help the bus driver started driving again the damaged bus and dropped many of them at Lakdi-ka-pul instead of their destination. When I shouted at the conductor then the driver agreed to drop me at my destination.
I would like to have the compensation for the injury that I got and the mental trauma that I had to go through. I hope you look into it and I hope I don't have to take legal actions.

Iwas travelling to hyderabad from mumbai on 7th may 2018 in jabbar travels bus seat no u4 bus number ar01 j 2122.

I had a bus at 11:15, but came around 12:45 to haveri. This was very ridiculous. And the bus was not in good condition.main thins is bus fare is 900 rs.this is very irritating. Dont ever never travel in this bus.rude behavior n other than driver .other 2 people were drunk during journey.

driver rude behavior with ladies
I was travelling hyderabad to bangalore on 4th may 2018 from jabbar travels bus number 0370 (Driver name is mohammed gaus) with my 68 years mother. She is a kidney patient and suffering from urine problem. After 5 hours journy i request the driver to please stop the bus for 2 minutes only so she can use the toilet. But the driver rudely shouted that"this is a non stop bus and you people dont travel next time in this bus". I warn him for his misbehave but he said "whatever you want you do". Is this a way to behave with 68 years lady who is already having a kidney problem.

I traveled from vijayawada to bangalore on 15th dec 2017 i can say traveling in this bus is like seating in a old dirty room with thousand of bed bugs. Because of this dirty maintenance i have suffered whole night with skin allergy also not slept whole night full of itching i don't know why this bus operator are charging money from customers without doing proper maintenance and cleaning there are people of different ages i'm a teenager thats ok for me if the same happened to an older man he might suffer for a long time please take a proper action the bus number is ka 01ae 2651 i took some photos of the seats and bugs please help

I travelled between Bangalore to Chennai on 22nd April and faced the following issues after booking a Sleeper AC bus
1. The time was moved from 1 p.m to 12 p.m all of a sudden
2. AC was not working at all
3. Cleaner would open up my screen all of a sudden and he always tried to brush against me

denial of refund money and bad behavior of office staff

We had booked three tickets from hyderabad to banglore for travel on[protected] by jabbar travels lakdi ka pool. My brother went to return ticket at 8 am since they cancelled travel. The office boy told him to come later since he didnt have money to return, my brother went twice but the manager came at 1.30 pm. At first he refued to pay, but later on insistance paid back half the amount. Later when i went to confront he was rough and started abusing and almost pushed me out of the office. When i called at their complaint/costomer care number they kept on giving me some other persons number some mr basheer bhai who in turn asked to call the same person (Mrraheem) who abused and manhandled me.

We have booked the ticket at the time of puja holidays, through mobikwik ticket pnr : 856684-ts[protected]xety, operator pnr : [protected], i booked well advance sept 17, for journey on 02. Oct 2017. This ticket was canceled telling the reason bus was not servicing on those days. This jabbar travels had plied more buses they did in normal days and same bus the ticket was revised and sold for double value.
This to be looked and sorted out since i incurred double the charge of the ticket for the journey.

I am complaining about rude staff behavior
I traveled in jabbar travels non-ac sleeper bus from chennai to bangalore on 2nd oct 2017. The boarding staff was very rude while i requested to move bus a few steps ahead for my old mom's pick up, since she can't walk swiftly. The driver and cleaner were very rude in helping and answering. Very hurting answers were given. No luggage space provided.

dropped not in the mentioned bus stop at 10:30pm

I booked jabbar travels on 27th august from bangalore to chennai. I have my drop location as tidel park. The bus should reach tidel park at 8pm. But he dropped me at 10pm in central railway station stop. The time was too late that i didn't get bus to go to the place i stay.
I am a girl. There were ladies with small kids. The bus driver said this is the last stop and he got down from the bus.
Cab fare was too high to offer. It was a horrible night for me. I took auto till thiruvanmiyur and cab with fare of 400rps which usually takes 11rps by bus.
What if i don't have that much money. I don't what happened to the lady with a small kid
Please take this complaint as a serious issue and take action on jabbar travels.

They have taken 2600/- as fair charges from Mumbai to Hyderabad for timing 5:30 pm to 8:00am. And guess what I'm still in bus. Now it's 11am. I suggest you guys not to prefer this travels ever. Waste of money and time...

The bus did not arrive at all at the boarding point causing mental and physical stress to me. The contact number provided in the mticket/eticket were switched off and there was no information from the agency about the delay/cancellation of the bus service. First learn to be professional. I have booked a ticket from chennai to bangalore at 9:30 boarding was opposite to rohini theatre at 10:45. I got message from abhibus stating like ticket got confirmed with ticket number. When it was 11 there were around three busses i went to each of them and asked for my seat they said your bus is coming still because in message bus number was not there. When it was 11:30 i called abhi bus and driver and other persons including jabbar travels office landline numbers. Abhi bus tried to reach out to bus manager he said i will share driver number so that you will get more details. When i called driver he said your name is not there. Again i tried to reach other people there was only one response since in ticket bus number is not there you need to wait.
At around 12 i called abhi bus again for asking more details they kept conference with bus team guy. After 30 mins off discussion driver is telling i forgot to call..

On 25th may i travelled from bangalore to chennai in jabbar travels. It is the worst travel i have seen and worst staff behaviour. My dropping point is koyembedu and the travel staff suddenly changed the plan and took the bus towards velachery without any prior information to the passenger. It was 9.30pm. I being new to chennai got down in middle suffered a lot to get to koyembed.

Sir on 19th april i booked two bus tickets online (www.abhibus.com) for chennai to bangalore in jabbar travels ac sleeper traveling on 1st may 2017 with a fare of 475rs... Since it's a long holiday all the private bus operators have increased their fares to more than thrice the original amount... I booked it at the price of 475rs.. Now the same bus ticket fare is...1500 or more. The bus owner cancelled my ticket by himself and allowed the booking for other passsengers at a higher price. My boarding time is 9.45pm on 1st may from thiruvanmiyur... The bus driver and the operator said that my ticket is cancelled by myself two days before and they didn't allow me to board the bus... And scolded me in bad and foul languages and left the place.. The abhibus customer care person said the ticket is a confirm ticket and i'm allowed to travel... The jabbar operators say it's cancelled... Then i had to travel to koyambedu by ola cab (And i have attached the receipt of that)... There the office was closed. Then i gave a police complaint at central police station... We didn't get any proper response as they collected the bribe from the bus operator. Not only me there were more than 15 passengers facing the same issue... Now i want you to take a very strict action against the bus operator and the owner and request you to stop this worst bus operator from service... And to suspend or terminate the respective in charge of the police station in chennai central... I please request you to take very strict action against the involved representatives... For the inconvenience thereby preventing this cheating and problems to the consumers.

. I am currently riding in 2+1 sleeper/ seater, non ac. Vehicle no. Ar01h8562. From hyderabad to bangalore. First thing is the pickup van itself arrived 45 minutes late, departure time was 7:15pm and it arrived at 8pm, keeping it aside the major trouble is bed bugs, there's an entire army of them over here, i can't even take a nap. I would suggest you never ever again travel in this. When asked for help, i was given a blanket and was said to live with it as he couldn't help me during the journey. How on earth would a blancket help me from those bugs.
I doubt i would survive these bedbugs throughout the night. God save me.😡😡

The bus took a halt at Delhi darbar at about 2220 hrs.
When I bought an ice cream- dinshaw butterscotch, I was asked to pay Rs. 45. I paid n checked the label. The MRP was painted white n the seller clearly stated it was Rs. 5 over the MRP.
I returned it n collected my money back but after declaring that I will raise it as an issue. Talked to the manager if Delhi darbar n he said it wasn't his purview.
My question to jabbar travels n other operators who take Delhi darbar as a halt...Why do you encourage thieves? How much commission are you or your driver's getting for stealing from gullible customers?
Also I propose to take it up with other relevant government bodies n manufacturers alike. Thank you
