Such a horrible travel experience. I was travelling from chennai to bangalore pickup service from velachery. Already bus was delay by an hour. No proper reason provided by the staff for the delay. I had booked in seater/sleeper bus but they had told me to get in sleeper bus and the bus details were not matching while i refer the sms received during booking. Staffs were not aware of both tamil as well as kannada also english. Should change the way of approach towards passengers. Treated as we are travelling for free of cost in their bus.
