Jabra contract breech and warranty fraud --
-Elite 85H Headphone malfunction
-Jabra Global and Jabra India decided to replace under warranty
-Jabra India said they do not have product and kept offering me different and inferior product as replacement (valued at 50% of value of my broken headphones)
-I offered many alternatives.
-Jabra India escalated to management.
-Been SEVEN months; no response.
-Jabra is in breach of contract/warranty
-Need full refund now - replacement not possible because I had to buy another headset since Jabra would not respond.
