Jabra contract breech and warranty fraud --

-Elite 85H Headphone malfunction
-Jabra Global and Jabra India decided to replace under warranty
-Jabra India said they do not have product and kept offering me different and inferior product as replacement (valued at 50% of value of my broken headphones)
-I offered many alternatives.
-Jabra India escalated to management.
-Been SEVEN months; no response.br...

I ordered the headset online from Jabra India.

Still, I didn't get my order. The pending payment has already been made.The Jabra company has now stated that the courier was sent via trackon courier.but I didn't get it....
