Order no is jotord230539 same day amount paid rs 499.00 through payu.In. & got a message that your custom made order delivers: 31 mar-5 apr
Below is the series of messages received from ix-joatid

21.03.2016 at 11:12 – goes into production tomorrow! Delivers by: 31 mar-5 apr

28.03.2016 at 12:40 – got produced especially for you and looks incredible! Delivers by: 31 mar-5 apr

Then after not receiving my order till 05.04.2016, i visited website of joat & submitted a query about the order. “received a reply – we are very small team & are working on it “ lol

Again waited for another 10 days and then on 25.04.2016 received below message from ix-joatid

While tracking the consignment, it shows the consignment no. Is incorrect.

Please help.
