My order with Provogue (Order #[protected] was placed around 2 weeks back. I am getting Text message (not supporting replies) from GoJava courier for one week now, stating that "the delivery was attempted but was unsuccessful" for I dont know what reason.
I am at my place (delivery address) and Not a single time the delivery person has come or No one ever has called me to check for delivery.

I am supposed to get an order (Order number [protected]) delivered at my address since last two days. I get an sms in the morning that the item is out for delivery but by evening i get the sms that delivery was attempted and when i checked the gojavas website to track the order it says "consignee not available" however i have been home for both the days.

There seems to be some issue at the delivery end or...

Checking the status it is updated as doorl locked and customer not reachable.

However on same day i received 3 couriers and i was available in the address

The delivery boy didn't even tried to contact and just update the records further the helpline number given is useless which is not...

They neglect the customer (me)..They didn't send my ordered product intime and no update on product tracking, , I already prepaid the amount... Your courier service has not delivered my product with in the time and You updating the tracking as customer not available without contacting the customer and your courier service is not providing the delivery persons number.
If you don't provide the number what should the customers do and your customer care number in the website is not working....
