I ordered shoes for the first time from this website and received a damaged product. Their return policy states to contact them via email or raise a ticket. I sent an email and realised their mailbox is full and cannot receive any emails. The link jackmarc.com/customer-support they have mentioned to raise a ticket does not work and gives a 404 error. There’s just no way to contact them. Realised a lot of ppl have been having similar issues with them. Kindly look into asap, so we have a resolution and no other new customers go through this issue with them.
