I had recently ordered smart photochromic glasses for a partial payment of 424 rupees. Soon after I ordered it the website says the order has been canceled. I had already emailed them about this issue nad for refund but still they haven't responded yet. I request them to either the deliver or refund the payment.

I am writing to express my concern regarding my order placed on 4th May 2025. It has now been more than 10 days, and I have not received any update, shipping confirmation, or tracking ID.

Despite sending multiple emails, I have yet to receive a response. This delay is unacceptable, especially since payment has already been completed.

Please provide me with the following immediately:

The status of my order

A valid tracking ID

An estimated delivery date

I made a prepaid order with jackmarc and did not receive the order until this date and the website is shut permanantly. This seems to be a fraud company.

I ordered shoes for the first time from this website and received a damaged product. Their return policy states to contact them via email or raise a ticket. I sent an email and realised their mailbox is full and cannot receive any emails. The link jackmarc.com/customer-support they have mentioned to raise a ticket does not work and gives a 404 error. There’s just no way to contact them. Realised a lot of ppl have been having similar issues with them. Kindly look into asap, so we have a resolution and no other new customers go through this issue with them.

My product was delivered on 04/05/2023, but the quality was subpar. I sent several emails requesting a return but received no response.

I need refund no product required its fraud

I have made payment of Rs. 1306/- to purchase a sun glass from Jackmarc.com website. Its 16th Day still Product not received. It is a Fraud Company.

I ordered one shoe from jackmarc website.
Also I paid for the order.
It's already 1 week gone till now no updates received from them.
Their shipping time mentioned in their website is in just 3 days delivery time. But already one week over. Till now not received an single confirmation from them
Contact number also not available for their website.
Ony mail support only . I mailed them continuously upto 30 mails. No response in that also. It's a fake website I lost 2000 rupees. Please remove this website from Google. Because here after no one will never cheat by them.

My motive is please ban their website no one cheat hereafter by them
