I booked a tour from delhi to azamgarh from jagdamba tourism.
Firstly they changed my pickup location from kashmiri gate to anand vihar without any prior information. They intimated me only after i called them for enquiry of whereabouts of the bus.
The scheduled time for departure was 09:30 pm according to the online booking website but the bus was departed at 11:00 pm.
The bus had no gps tracking and a message about the same was received at 09:30 pm.
The bus reached faizabad at 9:30 am next day and the driver refused to go further without any prior notice and told to take another bus.
I complained several times to the travel agency and the online booking agency.
But satisfactory response or compensation was given.
Kindly help.
