I booked a tour from delhi to azamgarh from jagdamba tourism.
Firstly they changed my pickup location from kashmiri gate to anand vihar without any prior information. They intimated me only after i called them for enquiry of whereabouts of the bus.
The scheduled time for departure was 09:30 pm according to the online booking website but the bus was departed at 11:00 pm.

I booked bus ticket from paytm at much low cost but when arrived to boarding they asked for extra money. And there is no chance to deny that because it was too important to go to the destination. When I contact to their customer care they told that it was technical error and you have to pay the extra charge what they (bus operators) told so. And at last Have no any other option....
