Jaguar — after sale service

Dear,

Would like to inform you that i have purchased jaguar fittings for my home few month back only. Would like to inform you that i am not getting proper after sale service from jaguar team... Would like to inform you that jaguar service engineer visited my residence for repairing bathroom diverter and kitchen mixer, during repair he has used spanner directly on the chrome polish without taking any proper precaution... Would like to inform you that chrome polish got damaged from the place where he has used spanner... From 18 th of oct 18 i am continuously following with jaguar customer and mr. Brijesh till now i have not got any positive response from them... Would like to inform you product are under warranty any few month back only i have purchased them.

Refer to my consumer complain dated 21 Nov 18 would like to inform you that I have not received any solution from Jaguar.

On other hand fresh complain were registered by me on 08 th Dec 18 complain numbers are 01101373 and 01101393, would like to inform you that today at 1553 Hrs, I have received SMS from Jaguar saying that my both complains are resolved... I am unable to under stand how without resolving and visiting site complain can be closed ...after sale service of Jaguar is very poor they don't have any control on after sale team and service.

I can only request peoples not to purchase Jaguar fitting because after sale service of Jaguar is very poor ...and other hand they are asking for money for repair of the product which are under warranty.

Mixer is not working previous water is coming slowly but now water is not coming it all
