Jaguar — Faulty Shower Panel | |||
Dear Team My shower panel was giving me trouble with the mix of hot and cold water supply which resulted in my lodging a complaint as follows: Complaint No: 00623194 Date: 20 August 2020 The mechanic whom came to attend to the issue told me that the thermostat needs replacement. The next day, I received a call from the company that the model we have has been discontinued now and therefore the parts are no longer available. I am now lumbered with an expensive and defective product from Jaguar. I would appreciate someone looking into this issue at the earliest before the winter season commences as I also have a young child in the house and use of hot water in the winter months will be extremely necessary. We have been loyal Jaguar customers for numerous years and this is not the kind of customer service we would expect from an organisation like yourselves.
