Jaguar — Your product is not working for almost 1 year.

SIR,
The product is tap with shower.there 3 taps there is a common taps which water come through taps and shower and the other two taps which maintains hot and cold. The real problem is the water is coming automatically without the other two taps. it didn't stopped. we somehow stopped by the common tap.this common is the only that is working and maintaining the water flow.
We have complaint about one of your product which is not working and we call through customer care and a service executor have reached our house and he said "He will search the parts of the product and will return in two days."After two days we tried to call him many times but he didn't answer the call.
We believe in your product quality and services when it become complaint we understand that the quality and believe you is not keeping well.so it dissappointed us. So we are requesting to service or return this product.
