The product was never delivered and when asked for the product the vendor asked me to pay Rs.500 more to send me a higher version of the phone. I asked for the refund and dropped a formal mail and message after 2 days of Purchase but as mentioned in the policy section no details of initiate and of transfer are provided yet. It been an everyday affair of calling the numbers mentioned on the Invoice and on the website but the person name Rohan Kishor is not picking up nor is sharing any information of the refund.
