I have ordered Motorola Razr paid 3999 and I was promised to receive my phone in 3 days but it went on extending every time when I speak Mr Rahul will say I will Sengan 3 day 5 days in a week and it never happened it’s going to be a month and I never god my phone and I also requested for a refund but that even did not happen I followed up for more than 100 times but every time he comes up with new things

Placed order for Moto Razer Flip phone via order no [protected].
Payment made through Ccavneue and the reference no is[protected].
Rohan Kishor is not responding to my calls since last 3 days and neither responding to my mails.

Request to either refund the money or provide the handset immediatly in 2 working days or else I will file the case in Police station on Thursday i.e 13th Jan 22'.

I placed an order for refurbished nokia n73 but even after many follow ups there is no response from company about dispatching order. I called on their customer care no [protected] but no response. Order #3619, It been an everyday affair of calling the number mentioned on the website but they are not picking up nor sharing any information of the order.

I ordered Nokia 2700 Classic on Dec-3rd.
No tracking number or shipping details are provided.
Paid 1500/-
So far no response on the given number in website.
Whatsapp chat also no response.
Please refund money.

I had ordered an iphone 5s from this site and it has been a month and I haven't recieved the order yet.
I tried to contact them but they aren't responding to my emails and neither picking up the calls to the number that is mentioned on there site.
They aren't showing any responses and ignoring all of my texts.
I want the refund of the order that I have placed.

I placed an order on 10th November 2021. Order details Apple iPhone 4 (8GB) Black × 1 Rs.2640/- and order number 3498. I paid through Razorpay. They send me confirmation mail for my order that was the last mail from them after I keep on asking for order update they never responed now the contact number also in switch off condition for the past 2 days. Kindly help me to recover my money.

Now when I try to reach out to the email address as well customer care number provided, no one is responding and phone is always out of network. I suspect it is a big fraud company. the website name is https://ekmobile.in.

Desired resolution- Refund money or send good working product as mentioned on website

I had order lg k7 4g but tracking number or shipping details are not provided nor product is delivered. it has been more than a week now.

Not delivered

Paid 6000rs for iPad mini refurbished. No tracking ID provided after purchase. When contacted over whatsapp, said it will be delivered in 3 days. It's been a month and no sign of delivery. They've stopped replying on Whatsapp too. Not picking up calls. Asked for a refund. Again no reply. It's a scam business. Can't belive they still have a https secured website.

Bought a Blackberry phone which was never delivered, they stopped picking up calls after realising who I am. Whatsapp chat is a sham and simply tries to buy time to avoid paying a refund.

I have placed an order for iPhone 5s 64 gb and made a payment of 7499/- but no response on any order details.

Also sent an email to ek mobile and tired calling Ròhan Kishore but no one picks up the call.

I suspect this is as a fraudulent.

No one responding.

The product was never delivered and when asked for the product the vendor asked me to pay Rs.500 more to send me a higher version of the phone. I asked for the refund and dropped a formal mail and message after 2 days of Purchase but as mentioned in the policy section no details of initiate and of transfer are provided yet. It been an everyday affair of calling the numbers mentioned on the Invoice and on the website but the person name Rohan Kishor is not picking up nor is sharing any information of the refund.
